Reflection for practice. Psychometrics for structured measurement.

A useful assessment is only as credible as the evidence behind it. Bosigo separates developmental self-reflection from formal employment assessment so buyers and participants know exactly what they are using.

For individual development

Use the tools privately to identify behaviours you want to practise, discuss with a mentor or connect to real work evidence.

For programmes

Use aggregate developmental themes only with appropriate consent, governance and a clear purpose. Avoid turning a self-report profile into a pass/fail threshold.

For recruitment or selection

Use an appropriately validated, reliable, fair and unbiased instrument with suitable professional governance. The Bosigo developmental preview is not designed for this purpose.

For employers and funders

Need assessment evidence you can defend?

Bosigo can help frame the construct, purpose, participant safeguards, evidence plan and professional assessment requirements before an assessment is used in a programme.
