Bosigo uses data minimisation, clear purpose and human accountability. Website enquiry records are configured for a 90-day default retention period unless legitimate operational or legal requirements justify a different period.
Forms and enquiries
Do not place confidential, special-category or unnecessary personal information into enquiry forms. Form drafts stay in the current browser session until you send them. Submitted enquiries are recorded server-side so a Bosigo team member can respond. The site does not store the raw IP address with an enquiry; it uses a keyed pseudonymous hash for rate limiting and abuse prevention, together with limited technical metadata such as the browser user-agent.

The private Work Readiness reflection is designed as a self-reflection tool. It should not become an automated hiring, placement or performance decision.
Innovation and AI
Research, challenge and AI interfaces make sources, limitations, responsibilities and human review routes visible before consequential action. In Bosigo Lab, an AI prompt and the selected project context are sent through the server gateway only when the user explicitly sends a request. This build does not write Lab AI prompts into the website enquiry or client-pipeline logs. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information to AI tools.
